CPD Refresher – UA Ground Based Operator

Who is this refresher course for?

These courses are accredited by City & Guilds NPTC and from 2022 will replace the need to re-take any of their UA Qualifications, as would have happened previously; attendees will receive a “Digital Credential”, via email, upon completion of the refresher course.

CPD Refreshers for Utility Arboriculture Operators are required to be completed every 3 years to keep your qualification valid.

This CPD Refresher Course will provide the attendee with an updated knowledge of basic electrical knowledge, and species identification and basic hazard inspections, relevant to the utility arboriculture sector. This refresher course also includes an update on using hand pruning tools and chainsaws to tackle vegetation and tree works near overhead power lines – specifically for ground based operatives.
