Training - Day 1, 2 & 3

This is a 3 day mwmac Ltd course, titled "Aerial Pruning", taking place near Builth Wells in Powys. (Full objectives can be found here).

Assessment

The City & Guilds NPTC Assessment will be completed approx one week after the initial training at the same venue. Qualification information can be found here.

Pre-requisites

You must hold the required pre-requisite qualifications to book on to this course:
- Chainsaw Maintenance & Crosscutting
- Felling Small Trees
- Tree Climbing & Rescue - Use of Chainsaw from a Rope & Harness or Aerial Cutting of Trees with a Chainsaw using Freefall Techniques


It is also recommended that all attendees hold a current Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry Certificate.

Equipment and PPE is not provided for this course; all attendees will need to bring their own, including LOLER Certification. Please see Course information sheet for more information.
