This is a 2 day mwmac Ltd course, titled “Chainsaw Maintenance & Crosscutting”, taking place near Builth Wells, Powys. (Full objectives for this course can be found here).

Assessment

The City & Guilds NPTC Assessment will be completed the day after the initial training at the same venue. Full qualification guidance can be found here.

Pre-requisites

There are no pre-requisites for this course, however it is recommended that all attendees hold a current Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry Certificate.

Equipment, Machinery & PPE

Please note, PPE, machinery & equipment is not provided for this course; trainees will be expected to bring their own equipment (see course information sheet for details).
