Training - Day 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
This is a 5 day mwmac Ltd course, titled "Chainsaw Maintenance, Crosscutting & Felling Small Trees up to 380mm", taking place near Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan. (Full objectives for this course can be found here).
Assessment
The City & Guilds NPTC Assessment will be completed approx. one week after the initial training at the same venue. Full qualification guidance for the Maintenance & Crosscutting can be found here. Full qualification guidance for the Felling Small Trees can be found here.
Pre-requisites
There are no pre-requisites for this course, however it is recommended that all attendees hold a current Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry Certificate.
PPE & Equipment
Please note, PPE & equipment is not provided for this course; trainees will be expected to bring their own equipment (see course information sheet for details).
