Event Information
This is a 2 day course, titled "Utility Arboriculture - Ground Based Operator", taking place near Builth Wells in Powys. This course includes the "UA Species Recognition, Growth Characteristics and Associated Hazards" element as standard. (Full objectives for this course can be found on the Training & Assessment pages).
The City & Guilds NPTC Assessment will be completed the day after the initial training at the same venue.
You must hold the required pre-requisite qualifications to book on to this course: - Utility Arboriculture - Basic Electrical Knowledge
It is also recommended that all attendees hold a current Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry Certificate.
Equipment & PPE is not provided for this course; trainees will be expected to bring their own (see course information sheet for details).
