INTERESTED IN ROOM OR VENUE HIRE?
If you’re looking for venue or room hire, mwmac Ltd can offer a variety of competitively priced spaces to hire for a unique event experience. Based in our Woodland in Mid Wales, we have all the usual facilities can be provided such as digital projection, Wi-Fi, TV/DVD, flip charts and pens.
Use of the main training room in the cabin, our marquee space or even hire of the woodland area. We have a small on-site car park and offer unlimited refreshments within the cost.
Catering can be provided for an additional fee per person.
OUTDOOR MARQUEE
- A large outdoor space approx. 12m x 4m
- Covered with a large marquee, with removeable panels
- Ideal for practical events and meetings
- Max. 12-15 delegates
INDOOR TRAINING ROOM
- An indoor space approx. 10m x 5m
- Situated in the main cabin, this space has its own access
- Ideal for the more formal events and meetings
- Max. 12 delegates or can fit up to 20 delegates if sitting in rows
VENUE HIRE – INCLUDING USE OF THE WOODLAND SITE
- Indoor and outdoor venue hire (marquee or indoor training room)
- Site use for group surveying or walking included
- Practical site use (i.e. chainsaw operations) to be negotiated on booking
- Ideal for the more practical events and meetings
- Max. 12-15 delegates
