We work with a variety of highly skilled Instructors and Assessors throughout Wales, the UK and Europe.
This network of Instructors and Assessors are usually contractors in their own right; this means that we are able to provide a unique experience to our customers from people who practice what they teach.
We run an annual Standard Settings for the Instructors and Assessors that we work with, as well as practical training events, to ensure best practice and standardisation within this network.
You first need to hold, or be working towards, a full recognised Teaching Qualification or Instructional Techniques Certificate.
This will provide you with the skills and techniques you need to become an effective Instructor and/or Assessor.
You should also hold appropriate technical qualifications, including Fist Aid at Work (+ Forestry if Chainsaw), and have a good knowledge and experience of Health & Safety and Risk Assessment.
If you are interested in becoming an Instructor or Assessor please get in touch with mwmac Ltd to discuss your plans; we will advise you accordingly.
If you are a Land-based Training Centre who is interested in delivering Assessments or Lantra Training as an Out-Centre through mwmac Ltd please do get in touch as in most cases we are be able to assist you with this.
As an Out Centre affiliated to mwmac Ltd you are guaranteed to be provided with a reactive and proactive service from our staff.
